She has held positions at Sacred Heart University, the University of Connecticut, the University of New Haven, and Seton Hall University, gaining valuable knowledge in all phases of athletics administration. Later, she obtained a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in management from Seton Hall University.
Despite her busy schedule, Queally remains committed to giving back to the community. Currently residing in Florida, she serves as a board member of The House Next Door, an organization dedicated to nurturing and empowering families to build stronger communities.
